An intentional, semi–set sequence practice centered on precision and biomechanical integrity. This class focuses on how postural shapes evolve and transform throughout the Dragon sequence, inviting deeper awareness of form, transition, and refinement. You’ll receive clear, detailed alignment cues that support safe, effective movement patterns and help integrate alignment into your practice with confidence and clarity.

A slow, detail-oriented practice focused on precision, strength, and intelligent sequencing. In this class, we break poses down, explore the “why” behind the shape, and use props to support stability and refinement. Expect longer holds, clear instruction, and space to build strength from the inside out.
