Alignment Fundamentals Workshop

A class focused on the foundational building blocks of yoga, exploring individual asanas with attention to form and function. The practice progressively gets more challenging while remaining accessible to all levels. Students refine alignment, strengthen core principles of each posture, and deepen body awareness through intentional, methodical movement.

An intentional, semi–set sequence practice centered on precision and biomechanical integrity. This class focuses on how postural shapes evolve and transform throughout the Dragon sequence, inviting deeper awareness of form, transition, and refinement. You’ll receive clear, detailed alignment cues that support safe, effective movement patterns and help integrate alignment into your practice with confidence and clarity.

A dynamic, breath-driven class linking fluid movement through a thoughtfully sequenced series of postures to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect continuous transitions supported by detailed cueing and alignment-focused instruction, cultivating presence, embodiment, and clarity in every pose.
Spicy Flow

Spicy Flow is a dynamic, heat-building vinyasa with creative sequencing, strong transitions, and moments that challenge your strength, balance, and focus. Expect to sweat, explore your edge with smart options, and leave feeling energized, empowered, and grounded.
Chair Yoga
Tuesday | 10AM - 11AM
A fully accessible yoga class adapted to be practiced seated or with a chair for support, making movement comfortable for bodies of all abilities. Gentle stretches and mindful breathwork help improve flexibility, mobility, and ease. All with a little laughter thrown in!
Sound Bath
Monday | 6:45PM - 7:30PM
This Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience using crystal bowls and layered sound to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to support relaxation, integration, and renewal.
Restorative
Sunday | 5:30PM - 6:30PM
An inviting, deeply relaxing practice using props and long holds to quiet the nervous system and release tension from body and mind. Designed to soothe, restore, and foster a sense of calm through supported postures.
