What Makes This Training Unique

Alignment-Focused

We dive deeply into asana, biomechanics, and intelligent sequencing so you can teach safely, purposefully, and with longevity in mind.

Experiential Learning

This training is hands-on and immersive. You will regularly practice teaching, refine your verbal cueing, explore hands-on assists, and learn how to design thoughtful, effective sequences.

Holistic Approach

Beyond physical practice, we explore yoga philosophy, history, the subtle body, pranayama, and meditation to support a well-rounded and sustainable teaching foundation.

Supportive Community

Build meaningful, lasting connections with your cohort while being mentored by experienced, passionate teachers who are deeply invested in your growth.
