Postures

Alignment
An intentional, semi–set sequence practice centered on precision and biomechanical integrity. This class focuses on how postural shapes evolve and transform throughout the Dragon sequence, inviting deeper awareness of form, transition, and refinement. You’ll receive clear, detailed alignment cues that support safe, effective movement patterns and help integrate alignment into your practice with confidence and clarity.
Warm Flow
Warm Spicy Flow is a dynamic, heat-building vinyasa with creative sequencing, strong transitions, and moments that challenge your strength, balance, and focus. Expect to sweat, explore your edge with smart options, and leave feeling energized, empowered, and grounded.
Chair Yoga
A fully accessible yoga class adapted to be practiced seated or with a chair for support, making movement comfortable for bodies of all abilities. Gentle stretches and mindful breathwork help improve flexibility, mobility, and ease. All with a little laughter thrown in!
