This Is Not About Rushing Through 200 Hours.

It's about stepping fully into them.

This training moves faster than a traditional teacher training, but the education isn't condensed or watered down.

We'll explore the practice from the inside out, studying alignment, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and teaching methodology while developing a deeper relationship with our own practice.

You'll learn to observe, communicate, think critically, and make intelligent choices as both a practitioner and a teacher.

And you'll teach. A lot.

Because becoming a yoga teacher isn't about memorizing a script. It's about understanding what you're teaching, why you're teaching it, and how to share it with others.

Training Dates & Schedule

Our Fast Track 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training runs from January through March 2027, combining immersive in-person training weekends with independent study and hybrid coursework.

The majority of our time together will be spent at Dragon Asana, with additional assignments, practice teaching, observation, recorded lessons, and Zoom check-ins between sessions.

Who Is This Training For?

You don't have to know that you want to teach.

Maybe you're ready to become an instructor. Maybe you've been practicing for years and want a deeper understanding. Or maybe you're looking for a challenge that asks you to show up differently.

You don't need to master advanced postures or know Sanskrit before you begin.

You do need to be curious, willing to learn, and ready to participate.

You don't need to be an advanced yogi. You need to be a willing student.

A Small-Group, Hybrid Experience

The majority of our training will take place in person at Dragon Asana in Gunnison, Colorado.

Between weekends, you'll continue learning through Zoom check-ins, recorded content, assignments, observation, independent study, and personal practice.

This format allows us to move through the training in a concentrated way while still making room for reflection, integration, and real learning.

“Dragon’s 200-hour teacher training program is hands down the best school in the OKC area. Maybe even all of Oklahoma. The studio is welcoming to ALL, and I’m already planning to attend the next 300-hour training.”
